After months of reflection, I've decided to end the Unbox the Inbox podcast and shift to a weekly newsletter format that better aligns with my current business direction and personal values.

• Started this podcast to help others grow subscription box businesses based on my experience with BusterBox
• Noticed significant industry headwinds making it harder for clients to justify coaching costs
• Attempted to pivot toward helping coaches grow their businesses but felt inauthentic
• Realized after stepping back from BusterBox that I missed building with my friends rather than going solo
• Recommitting to building BusterBox's new venture, Top Dog Prizes, with my business partners
• Launching "Don't Follow Me" newsletter for slower, deeper, quieter weekly communication
• Newsletter will share real-time lessons and ideas as I return to building rather than just talking about business
• No content calendar or performative content—just authentic weekly emails
