Mr. Black is in Sturgis, SD at the 85th annual Sturgis motorcycle rally.  He is there with an organization called FreeBikeWash.com.  Michael Bushilla is the founder of this great ministry, and he will be joining Mr. Black to talk about Father issues.  It comes down to 2 words: Validation and Affirmation.  Validation involves authority and truth. Affirmation, while also positive and supportive, does not inherently carry authority in the same way validation does. Affirmation is often about encouraging or confirming someone’s worth or value, but it can be based on personal opinion or social approval rather than divine truth.
