Weight Loss is possible. Today I start a new journey to reduce my weight further. I am using the time that I have while on lockdown to test multiple theories. This particular theory is that weight loss is possible and essential to our overall lifestyle journey. On this journey I will be eating no special diet, just what ever I desire that is healthy. I will be drinking 8 Perfect bottles of a water a day and glass of turmeric and ginger drink every day. To supplement I will have: 1 Balance Within Probiotic. 1 Immunity Pack. 1 Daily Supplement. Today is April 19th, 2020, I weighed in at 195.8 pounds. That is a reduction 10 pounds since April 1st. The next 7 days I will see if I would have doubled my weight loss, reduce belly fat and feel overall healthier. Anyone is welcome to join me on this journey or try it out for themself.
