Al-Rahim Moosa is a Unit Manager at Focus Humanitarian Assistance. In his role, he manages crisis situations in places like Syria and Lebanon, and ensures that refugees and other displaced persons can find safety and stability.

The extreme nature of his day to day can give us great lessons about dealing with crises at home - the value of preparedness and systems, and the new limits we can create for ourselves when the stakes are high.
