Join me, MIKE DENNIS, as we talk to incredible craftspeople, researchers and entrepeneurs who learn from the past to create a better, more sustainable and beautiful future. 

I’ve created this podcast so that we can share knowledge, to broaden our horizons, and to encourage each other to get out there and be part of the creative movement, building our legacy for future generations.

More than a decade ago now, I started out on my own journey in carpenty, doing an old fashioned apprenticeship in the Welsh woods. Later on I completed a masters degree in Timber Building Conservation at the Weald and Downland open air museum, and now I’m nearly halfway through an MA in Historic Buildings at the university of York. My craft enabled me to travel the world, and ignited a curiosity in the world around us. I’ve met some truly inspirational people on the journey, and I invite you to join me in this journey.
