Welcome to the Workforce Foresighting Hub Podcast.

In the first of this two-part episode, we welcome Dr Richard Clewley and Jonathan Mitchell from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE). 

By working with employers to shape apprenticeships, T Levels, and higher technical qualifications they are playing a crucial role in preparing the workforce for the challenges of the future. We discuss the role that the Workforce Foresighting Hub plays in helping IfATE achieve these objectives, and how they have benefitted from the programme so far.
