It is also not about outlandish behaviors or a deeply spiritual process in leadership. Rather it is about wielding our Creative Force as a leader with great accuracy, practicality, deliberately, maturely and while utilizing wisdom.

A visionary leader in any industry, who knows how to wield the power of Creative Leadership effectively and with intent, will have a much better chance at succeeding on all fronts in business than a leader who does not. In part 1 of this 2 part series, we look closely at what Creative Leadership really is and why being flexible is so important to a Creative Leader. Leaders who are for all practical purposes isolated or narrow minded, outdated or stiff in their leadership approach, in today’s world, however creative or edgy they may think they are, will not have the results they ultimately could have if they were willing to embrace this leadership style in their businesses.
