Ed has 25 years’ experience in operations management and implementing global improvement programmes in multinationals including Unilever, SABMiller, and ABInBev.

Ed's areas of expertise include harnessing digital solutions and traditional lean operational excellence for supply chain value, organisation design, supply chain integration and asset care. Ed holds an MSc in Lean Operations Management, BSc in Mechanical Engineering and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the UK.
