The current pandemic we are going through has touched all of our lives in some way or another. We have all lost people and things, and our lives will never be the same again. As a core principle of my martial arts, I know that there is learning in everything and everything in learning. What then can we learn from loss?

Let us find out in my conversation with two active nurses helping us navigate this Covid crisis. As usual, I have my trusty apprentice to accompany me on this adventure.

This topic was especially important to me. I lost my Father to Covid on 18 Sept 2020. it has been a year, but the trauma of going through the Covid madness and losing my Father is still very real.  Even today, the many beeping sounds of the ICU makes me cringe. I am not surprised it took me two months to edit this episode. I had to befriend my demons to let them go.
