Ian is the editor and chief of Business Spotlight, a news magazine about international business communication. Ian is a co-author, speaker and an important voice on workplace communication. 

Bringing his huge experience in the field of communication, Ian talked with us about the meaning of authenticity. What does it really mean to ‘be’ authentic, can we achieve it in the workplace or is authenticity a smoke screen for something else?

Ian McMaster (along with Steve Flinders) will appear at  IATEFL BESIG, Challenge and Change. His talk ''What, if anything, does authenticity mean?'' grew out of his discovery  about the way “authentic” and “authenticity” are used in relationship to leadership.
