Letting Go of Delivery and Redesigning Your Role

You’ll never properly grow your business unless you let go of delivery. Too many small businesses get trapped in front end delivery at the expense of growing and scaling their business. They love working closely with clients and feeling the rewards of the satisfaction of a job well done. But, if they want to scale and as hard as it might be for them, they have to pull themselves back, let someone else take on the front line work and step into other roles in the business.

Scaling a business has it’s challenging and isn’t easy, but neither is staying small and working yourself into the ground.
