What does ambition mean to you? 

To help you out, here’s a dictionary definition: 

“ambition is a strong desire to do or achieve something, or it’s the desire and determination, to achieve success”.

But here’s the thing, success is very personal. 

And I know for some, ambition will be a word that doesn’t resonate. Maybe you recognise yourself in the words ‘driven’, ‘aspirational’, ‘intentional’, ‘goal oriented’, ‘purposeful’. It could be anything.

For me, being ambitious means that I’m gritty, determined, strategic, and I'm exploring this in more detail in today's show.
