Hello friends, your top 5, chart topping health and fitness podcast is back for another week (lol). The Sparkle Pod, a hugely informative resource across the essential and key current affairs, such as, the only (right) way to have your coffee. delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMs) and how to get your a into g when it comes to exercise (spoiler - there is no easy answer). Jokes aside, we received a lovely email from a long-standing member who isn't regularly exercising. The enquiry prompted us to open up the chat about getting started with regular exercise.
