Today lets discuss the concept of living in your past and how that can become the road block that you are facing presently to determine the direction of your future. 

 First of you may have heard this saying before, but your past does not equal your future.   What this is really saying is it doesn't matter what happened in 5th grade or that time you didn't make the team, all that has already happened and even the second after it happened, there was no turning it back.  We can't reverse time.
