Julia is a fascia release expert and #pain liberation coach. She helps people get out of pain and back to the activities that bring them joy. Her goal is to empower people to trust their body and take back control of their quality of life. She wants to help people to reconnect with their body, understand what it's telling them, and teach them the tools to heal themselves.
This is done through #fascia release (foam rolling and Kinetix), realigning the body (restoring #balance in posture/movement), and down regulating the nervous system (breath and story work).
Julia spent years feeling trapped in her body from nerve damage she suffered at birth, and this work has enabled her to experience hope, more freedom in her body, and feel like she finally has the tools to set her own limits.
